The Karate Academy’s students putting in extra effort and gearing up for this event for the last few months. They will be participating in either kata or kumite category. Some are participating in both events.

The instructors have tailored a program and have been putting in extra hours of training for the students. Preparing them mentally and physically. Physically drilling them through their techniques and skills. Mentally going through visualization techniques, focus and confidence.  

Many are nervous first timer but are looking forward to the event. The team spirit is high and are roaring to go.

The event will be held on the 16^th April 2023 at The Grassroot Club, 190 Ang Mo Mio Avenue 8 Singapore 568046, starting from 8.30am. Come and cheer for your teammates!
