Members of The Karate Academy embarked on a training trip to Japan Karate-do Inoue-ha Shito-ryu Keishin-kai in Tottori, Japan.  

Training was conducted by Kaicho Yukio Okamura and Sensei Rika Usami.  Kihon and kata were the emphasis.  The training trip offered members a direct connection with the karate instructors, in-dept focus on technique and cultural immersion. 

Beside training, team bonding sessions were arranged with visit to the famous Tottori Sand Dune and the Tottori Castle Ruins.
