Membership Terms & Conditions:

Definitions:

• “Venue” refers to 231 Mountbatten Road #01-02 Block F Mountbatten Centre, Singapore 397999.
• “TKA” refers to The Karate Academy located at the “Venue”.
• “Activities” refer to coaching and training of karate (free trial class included) inside and outside of the venue including but not limited to any camps, tournaments, seminars or any activities.
  
  

Liability waiver:

• By taking part in the Activities, parents/participants* agree and give consent to any emergency treatment as necessary. I accept that TKA and its employees and coaches are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of injury, loss, or damage to my/my child’s* health or property whilst participating in any Activities wherein I/my child* participates. I understand that participating in any TKA organized Activities are at my/my child’s own risks. TKA, its owners, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, even in the event of negligence or gross negligence by TKA, its owners, employees, and coaches, arising from any personal injury, death, or property loss sustained by participants and family during any Activities related to the participants and family enrolment with TKA for the current terms and any future terms. TKA treats the safety and well-being of participants as a priority and reserves the right to reject any participants without refund if any participants or its family is found bullying, misbehaving, or generally disruptive.
  
  

Personal Data:

• I agree to have my/my child* personal data collected by TKA for administration purposes. TKA will not share these personal data.
  
  

Photography and Videos:

I herewith consent to the use of my/my child’s* photos or videos taken during TKA Activities for marketing and any legitimate purposes. I understand that I will have to inform TKA if I do not consent to the use of the mentioned photos and videos.

Fees :

• Fees paid are no refundable.
• Coupons to be purchased before the start of class.
• Coupons must be used within its validity period.
